Viva Siempre is a Florida-registered apparel brand. All orders are fulfilled and shipped from Florida, United States.

Processing Time

 

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays will begin processing the next business day.

 

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Timeframes

 

We ship all orders within the United States via USPS.

 

After shipment, standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.

Tracking Your Order

 

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package at usps.com.

 

If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder and then contact us at info@vivasiempre.com.

Incorrect Addresses

 

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. Viva Siempre is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered at checkout.

 

If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us at info@vivasiempre.com as soon as possible. We will attempt to update the address before the order ships.

Lost or Delayed Packages

 

If tracking shows no movement for 5 or more business days, contact us at info@vivasiempre.com and we will work with USPS to investigate.

 

While we are not responsible for carrier delays outside our control, we will assist you in resolving delivery issues.
