We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and in original condition. Return shipping is on us.

Free Returns — 30-Day Window

We offer free returns within 30 days of delivery.

If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, contact us at info@vivasiempre.com and we will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.

• In its original condition with tags attached

• In its original packaging

• Accompanied by proof of purchase

How to Start a Return

Exchanges

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Refunds
